Sublime Produce

Sublime Produce is a small farm in the Yandoit Hills, where we raise our own sheep, working closely with the cycles of nature and a sense of stewardship for the land. Biodiversity and sustainability are at the forefront, with minimal inputs. Plus our lamb is dry aged by a boutique butcher for that extra flavour.
