Powlett Hill

Powlett Hill is a biodynamic farm near Campbelltown in Victoria. They grow wheat, rye and spelt and use traditional stone ground milling methods to produce high quality flours. All flour milling is done on the farm. They also produce a range of spelt pasta including penne.
